Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

How it plays & wins

Sisay plays as a fast-mana, tutor-heavy midrange deck. Moxen, Sol Ring, mana dorks like Birds of Paradise and the Hierarchs, plus Gaea's Cradle, get Sisay out early. From there she can find legendary permanents such as Derevi, Selvala, Kinnan, Drana and Linvala, or Mount Doom to fit the situation. Chord of Calling, Eladamri's Call, and Demonic Tutor and its cousins add more consistency. Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora and Smothering Tithe build resources, while Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Swan Song, Silence and Cyclonic Rift protect the table position.

The list shows no clear infinite combo, so I can't name one definitive kill. The most likely win is a snowballing board. Mana and card advantage from tutored legends and the value engines is converted into a lethal attack, with the free interaction and stax pieces holding off opponents' combos until then.
